Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about how your PetJoy order gets to your door โ€” and how to send it back if it isn't quite right.

Order processing

Orders are reviewed and packed within 1โ€“2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping times

  • Standard shipping: 5โ€“10 business days after dispatch.
  • Express shipping: 2โ€“5 business days after dispatch.
  • International orders: 10โ€“20 business days, depending on the destination and local customs.

Delivery windows are estimates provided by our carriers and may be affected by weather, holidays or customs inspections.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address, the size of your order and the shipping method you choose. From time to time we run free-shipping promotions โ€” keep an eye on the homepage and our newsletter.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email. If tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Returns

We want you and your pet to love what you buy. You can return most unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

To start a return:

  1. Email us at petjoy.store.1@gmail.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the items back to us using a tracked service of your choice.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened consumables (treats, food, supplements) for hygiene reasons.
  • Used grooming and bathing products that have made contact with a pet.
  • Gift cards and final-sale items marked as non-returnable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund โ€” no return required for damaged goods.
