Refund Policy

If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's exactly how PetJoy handles refunds.

Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery if your item is unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Damaged or defective items

We take packaging seriously, but accidents happen. If your product arrives damaged, defective or with missing parts, email petjoy.store.1@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund โ€” your choice.

Incorrect orders

If you receive the wrong product, please don't open or use it. Contact us within 7 days and we'll cover the cost of returning it and ship the correct item right away.

Non-refundable items

  • Opened or used consumables (food, treats, supplements).
  • Used grooming or hygiene products.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Gift cards and clearance / final-sale items.

Refund processing times

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you a confirmation. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds can take an additional few days to appear on your statement.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again, contact your credit card company, and then reach out to us. We'll trace the transaction on our side.
